The pie chart compares the users at a library among students of different course levels and staff at a university. Furthermore, the table shows the percentage of satisfaction among users about available library services.
Overall, full-time enrolled students, both undergraduate and postgraduate students, comprise nearly 2/3rd of the total library users. Specifically, full-time undergraduate students contribute to nearly half of the total library users. Furthermore, distance learning and part-time postgraduate students contribute to another 25% of the total library users. Whereas, academic staff had nominal library contribution up to 7% in the total.
On the other hand, if we talk about library user satisfaction, it is observed that 95 percent of people are satisfied by the staff of the library. Around 10% of the people are not satisfied by the availability of books, and 20% of the total users complain about the unavailability of journals. Another 19% of the people are unsatisfied by the Wi-Fi facility at the library.
