The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The results from a survey of library users at a university are shown in the pie chart and table. The pie chart shows the percentage of library users wheres as the table shows the library user satisfaction rate.

According to the pie chart, most of the library users are full time graduates around 44%. While the academic staff users percentage is 7% that is minimum among all users and distance learning users percentage is 8%. 25% of the full time postgraduates avail the facilties of library and this percentage declines to 16% in case of part-time post graduates.

The table shows that the most users are satisfied with the helpfulness of staff and library opening hours.No a single user is dissatisfied with both. Most of the users are either satisfied or fairly satisfied witht he availability of books, journals and reliability of wife.A small percentage of users around 10% is not staisfied with the availability of books. This percentage is doubled when it comes to availability of journals (20%) and 19% in case of reliability of wifi.

In conclusion , full time graduates make the most of the library users while the minimum percentage among all users is of academic staff.Most users are satisfied with staff with only a small percentage of 5% which is fairly satisfied. But 0% is dissatified with library opening hours and s
