The chart and table below show the results of a survey of library users at a university.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The pie chart illustrate the proportion of different categories of users of a university library, while the table shows their levels of satisfaction with five library service.

overall, Full-time undergraduates made up 44% of all library users, followed by full-time postgraduate at 25%. Part-time postgraduate used 16%, which was twice proportional of distance learners at 8%. academic staff accounted as 7%.

regarding satisfaction, Helpfulness of staff is rated as fully satisfied about 95% and remains 5% are fairly satisfied. However, library opening hours received high ratings which is 65% and others 35% will fairly satisfied with available hours. By comparison, satisfaction of availability books was lower, at 50% very satisfied and 10% of users will not satisfied with books availability. Journals recorded as 45% of very satisfied and rest of 35% is fairly satisfied and 20% not satisfied. Finally wi-fi had 48% of very satisfied and 33% will fairly satisfied and others 19% will not satisfied.
