The pie chart illustrates the result of a survey of library users at a university.

Overall, there are five categories of the library users and it can be seen that the most significant category is of full time undergraduates. Moreover, there are specific areas of satisfaction of the library users. Most satisfying area is helpfulness of staff.

On the one hand, the pie charts depicts that the percentage of full-time undergraduates is 44% and the percentage of full-time postgraduates 25%. Furthermore, the academic staff spend less time rather than others with 7%. Meanwhile, the percentage of distance learning students is 8%. Part-time postgraduate students who spend their time in library is 16%.

On the other hand, students who are very satisfied with the helpful staff is 95% and only 5% is fairly satisfied, and there is not a single single student who is not satisfied with the staff. However, with the availability of books 50% of users are very satisfied, 40% fairly and 10% not satisfied. library opening opening hours 65%, availabilty of journals 45%, reliability of wifi 48% users are very satisfied.
