The pie chart illustrates the number of visitors to the library.
Overall, the table shows the satisfaction level of users regarding the availability of materials and the behaviour of staff toward visitors. The satisfaction level is classified into three categories (Strongly Agree, Neutral, and Disagree).
Firstly, visitors are classified by their level of study and staff category. Bachelor's students visited the library in the largest numbers, accounting for about 44%. Postgraduate students are further classified into various types (full-time graduates and part-time graduates). Full-time students make up about 25%, and part-time students represent 16%.
