Given are two figures depicts out comes of survey of library user at universtiy ,the first providesn categories of library users and the second one indicates library user satisfaction.

It is apparent from the information given for categories of library users shows different type of users which includes full time undergraduates, Academic staff, Distance Learning , Parttime post graduates and full time postgraduate, glance at chart clearly shows and highlight two users percentage is very high first is full time undergraduates which is 44 percent that is very obvious because full time undergraduates need access to library much more then Full time post graduates if we check there is 25 percent hold of full time postgradture which is still higher ration in compare with partime postgraduate ,Distance learners and academic staff, so moving toward next part there is 16 percent hol ratio in library for part time post graduates and then distance laerner is 8 pernent and acadamic staff is only 7 percent

interestingly they have given library user satisfation percentages which is classified into three categories very staisfied, fairly satisfied and not satisfied ,information at given table shows that high ranking is for library opening hours where 65% users are very satisfied and 35%is fairly satisfied but good thing is that 0%not satisifed in addition to this there other listing for helpfulness of staff glance at ratio depicts staff is very helpfull with 95%satisfied ratio and only 5% fairly satisfied and amazing thing is 0%not satisfied in book availability shows 50% very satisfied ,40%fairly satisfied and 10% not satisfied which is not good rating but moving toward availability of journals 45%user very satisfied and 35%fairly satisfied and 20 %not satisfied and for reliability of wifi depicts 48% very satisfied 33% fairly and 19%not satisfied

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

The response addresses the main parts of the task by reporting data from both the pie chart regarding categories of library users and the table showing satisfaction levels. However, the treatment of the data is somewhat limited and uneven. While you mention the highest category (full-time undergraduates at 44%) and list the satisfaction percentages, your explanation tends to wander into personal assumptions, such as stating 'that is very obvious because full time undergraduates need access to library much more'. Furthermore, some of the figures are presented in a rambling list format rather than being synthesized into clear comparisons. To reach a higher level, you should select and report the most salient features more concisely, offer precise comparisons without injecting personal speculation, and ensure all key data points from the visual prompts are fully and accurately covered.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response shows a basic level of organisation with an attempt to introduce and sequence the visual data, moving from the pie chart to the table. However, there is a distinct lack of clear paragraphing, resulting in extremely long, dense blocks of text, particularly the second paragraph which merges multiple ideas and data sets together. Cohesive devices are used very repetitively (such as 'and then', 'moving toward', and 'glance at chart clearly shows'), creating a mechanical and run-on flow. Reference pronouns and logical transitions are not always clear, which makes the progression of ideas difficult to follow. To improve, you need to divide your writing into distinct paragraphs, use a wider variety of transitional markers naturally, and avoid stringing clauses together with endless conjunctions.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

Your vocabulary range is limited and minimally adequate for the task, with frequent issues in word choice, spelling, and word formation. For example, words like 'depicts', 'out comes', 'universtiy', 'postgradture', 'laerner', 'acadamic', and 'staisfation' contain spelling errors. You also rely heavily on simple and repetitive phrasing, such as 'high ranking', 'good rating', and descriptive filler phrases like 'glance at chart clearly shows and highlight'. While you attempt some less common vocabulary, inaccuracies in collocation and form—such as 'hold ratio' instead of proportion or percentage—cause some friction for the reader. To achieve a stronger score, you should focus on precise data vocabulary, correct your spelling of common academic terms, and use a wider array of synonyms to describe trends and proportions.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

The grammatical structure of the essay is heavily restricted by frequent errors and a lack of proper sentence boundaries. The text relies on run-on sentences connected by comma splices, such as 'Given are two figures depicts out comes of survey of library user at universtiy ,the first providesn categories...'. There is a lack of control over basic sentence construction, verb forms, and articles, with missing determiners ('at university', 'in book availability') and incorrect subject-verb agreement. Complex sentence forms are attempted, but they are frequently faulty and obscure the meaning. To move upward, you must focus on fundamental punctuation rules, ensure every sentence has a clear subject and finite verb, and reduce the frequency of basic grammatical errors by writing shorter, more controlled sentences.
