Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 3.0

The response fails to meet the minimum length requirement, containing only 51 words compared to the required 150 words (with 11 words copied directly from the prompt). While the writer attempts to introduce the visual data, the coverage of the charts is extremely minimal. The overview is rudimentary and lacks sufficient detail from the provided tables and charts, resulting in a response that addresses the task only minimally.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0

The information and ideas are not arranged coherently. The response is extremely brief, consisting of only two very short paragraphs, which prevents any clear overall progression or effective logical structure. Cohesive devices are largely absent, and referencing between the pie chart and the table is weak and confusing.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

The vocabulary used is basic and repetitive, with noticeable spelling and word choice errors that strain the reader's understanding, such as 'og' instead of 'of' and 'ptoportions' instead of 'proportions'. The range of vocabulary is severely limited and inadequate for a complete academic task response.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

The response displays a very limited range of structures. There are basic grammatical errors and poor control, such as 'The two charts compares' (subject-verb agreement error), missing pluralisation in 'full time undergraduate', and fragmented, run-on sentence structures in the second paragraph that impair readability.
