SECONDLY THE ATAFF OF LIBRARY IS VERY POLITE AND GIVE TIME TO EVERY ONE .

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 3.0
The response fails to appropriately summarise the visual data, focusing instead on personal recommendations and subjective commentary rather than reporting the main features of the library user categories and satisfaction surveys. Furthermore, the response falls below the required 150-word minimum, containing only 144 words. To achieve a higher band, the writer must carefully select and report key statistical data from the charts, present an overview of the main trends, and ensure the word count requirement is fully met without relying on extraneous personal opinions.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response attempts to organise ideas using basic sequential transition markers such as 'FIRST OF ALL', 'SECONDLY', and 'THIRDLY'. However, there is no clear overall progression, and the division of paragraphs does not follow a logical summary structure for academic writing. Cohesive devices are repetitive and mechanical, and referencing between sentences is weak. To improve, the writer should group related data together logically, use a wider variety of cohesive devices naturally, and structure the response into a clear introduction, overview, and body paragraphs.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
The vocabulary used is very basic, repetitive, and restricted to simple terms like 'good', 'time', and 'steps'. There are multiple spelling and word choice errors, such as 'LIBRART', 'INCRESE', 'THAY', 'ATAFF', 'AVALIABILITY', 'MANAGMENT', and 'CONEECTION', which impede communication. To reach a higher band, the student needs to build a much wider range of functional vocabulary related to data reporting and academic contexts, and pay close attention to accurate spelling and word formation.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
The grammatical range is extremely limited, relying heavily on repetitive modal structures like 'should have to'. There is a complete lack of complex sentence forms, and punctuation is problematic, notably with the use of all-caps text throughout. Frequent errors in subject-verb agreement, verb forms, and articles cause considerable difficulty for the reader. To improve, the writer must practise forming accurate simple and complex sentences, control basic verb patterns without redundant auxiliaries, and maintain standard sentence casing and punctuation.
