The pie chart and table illustrates outputs of a survey of the users of the library at a university.

Users of the library mostly satisfied by the library staff provided assist where they are less satisfied about two matter which is the sufficient number of journalas and the network issue.

Among them the full-time undergraduates are at peak with around 45 percent.and the lowest are the academic staffs and distance learning from all courses with 7 and 8 percent, where full-time and part-time postgraduates are at the middle second and third number with 25 and 16 percent.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
You identify the main user group correctly: full-time undergraduates account for the largest share, while academic staff are the smallest. You also give a useful overview that satisfaction is strongest with staff helpfulness and opening hours, and weaker for journals and wi-fi. Most figures in the user-category paragraph are accurate, although “around 45 percent” is slightly imprecise compared with 44%. The satisfaction discussion is less fully reported: it does not give the figures for the other categories or distinguish the relatively strong book rating from the lower journal and wi-fi ratings. For example, 50% are very satisfied with book availability, compared with 45% for journals and 48% for wi-fi. More precise comparisons across these results would make the summary more complete and developed.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall shape: an introduction, an overview, and separate paragraphs for user categories and satisfaction. This makes the main topics easy to follow, and phrases such as “Overall” and “On the other hand” help signal relationships. The progression is generally logical, but some links are awkward or unclear. In “the second place of the satisfaction table is the time of the library opening,” the comparison is not expressed precisely, and “the first two” requires the reader to infer which satisfaction categories are meant. The final paragraph also groups books, journals and wi-fi together without showing their differing results. Use clearer references and organise the satisfaction details from highest to lowest, with explicit comparisons, to make cohesion more flexible and precise.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant vocabulary for describing the charts, including “users,” “satisfied,” “availability,” and “library opening.” However, the range and control are limited, and several word-choice, collocation and spelling errors are noticeable: “outputs of a survey” is not a natural description of survey findings, “at peak” is awkward, and “the staffs coming from the acedemy” is unclear. There are also misspellings such as “journalas” and “helpfull,” which reduce accuracy. Repetition of “users” and “satisfied” further limits flexibility. Aim for standard chart language such as “survey results,” “accounted for the largest proportion,” and “respondents were very satisfied,” and check spelling and collocations carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a contrast introduced by “where” and a clause beginning “where they are less satisfied.” The main message is usually understandable, but errors in agreement, articles, plurals and sentence boundaries are evident. For example, “The pie chart and table illustrates” needs a plural verb, while “the less number” and “There are five different type” show problems with comparative and plural forms. The sentence beginning “Overall” also lacks a clear grammatical structure in “Users of the library mostly satisfied.” Punctuation is inconsistent, with missing spaces after full stops and commas. Practise accurate basic sentence patterns first, then use subordinate clauses with clear subjects and verbs.
