The given chart above demonstrates different library users and their experience with the library in the table given below.
Firstly, we can see clearly that most number of library users are undergraduate students, followed by full time post graduates, then part time post graduates, distance learners and finally at last library staff. Then from the table given below we can see the feedback of these users regarding their experience with library.Almost everyone was convinved with the help of staff at library and no one had any issues with library opening time. The availability of books was fairly good enough although journals had some availability issues. The thing most people werenot convinved with was the reliability of wifi in library.
About 44% of library users are undergraduates students. Full time Post graduates cover upto 25% while part time post graduates contribute 16%.Distance learners and academic staff are the lowest in library with 8% and 7%.About 65% of the people are very convinced with library opening hours while 35% are just fine with it.95% of the people found staff very helpful while only 5% found it just fine.Availability of books and specially journals was an issue for some people, reportedly 10 for books and 20 for journals werent convinved.Wifi reliability was a major concern for users and 19 people werent happy with it while 48 were satisfied and 38 were fairly satisfied with it

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You cover both the user categories and satisfaction results, and report many figures accurately, including the 44% undergraduate share, 25% full-time postgraduate share, and the 95% satisfaction with staff helpfulness. You also identify the strong ratings for opening hours and the weaker results for journals and Wi-Fi. However, the overview is not fully precise: saying Wi-Fi was the issue users were “most people” not convinced by overlooks that journals had the highest dissatisfaction (20%, compared with 19% for Wi-Fi). The Wi-Fi figures are also inconsistent: 48% were very satisfied and 33% fairly satisfied, not 38%. Some comparisons are asserted rather than clearly summarised, so selecting the main contrasts more carefully would make the report more complete and accurate.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable progression: it introduces the visuals, gives a broad summary, and then reports figures in more detail. The use of “Firstly,” “followed by,” and “while” helps connect some information. However, the two main paragraphs mix overview and detailed data, and the second paragraph moves rapidly from user categories to several satisfaction measures without clear grouping. Some linking is mechanical, particularly the repeated “About” and “while,” and references such as “the table given below” are unnecessary because the visuals are already identified. Organise the response into a concise overview followed by grouped details—for example, user composition first, then satisfaction results—and use clearer transitions between those sections.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use relevant vocabulary for describing survey results, including “contribute,” “availability,” “reliability,” and “satisfaction,” so the reader can understand the main subject. However, several choices are imprecise or unnatural for an academic report: “convinved” is repeatedly used where “satisfied” is appropriate, and “library staff” incorrectly describes the 7% category of academic staff. Phrases such as “most number of library users,” “fairly good enough,” and “just fine” are also awkward or informal. Spelling and spacing errors, including “werenot” and “wifi,” further reduce accuracy. Aim for precise reporting language and check spelling and collocations; this will make your vocabulary more controlled without requiring unnecessarily complex words.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and more developed sentence forms, such as “About 65% … while 35% …” and “The thing most people were not convinced with was…”. The overall meaning is generally understandable, but some grammatical errors recur. Examples include “most number of library users are,” which needs a different construction, and “undergraduates students,” where the plural form is incorrect. Several sentences also lack spaces after full stops, and punctuation is inconsistent. In “19 people weren’t happy … while 48 were satisfied and 38 were fairly satisfied,” the sentence structure is understandable, but the figures should be expressed as percentages and the parallel phrasing made clearer. Review articles, plural forms, agreement, and sentence boundaries, while retaining a mix of sentence patterns.
