After taking the statistical data into account it may infer that highest ratio of library users were from full-time undergraduate courses which was recorded as 44%, followed by percentile of full-time postgraduate students with 25%. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0

You identify the largest user group correctly (full-time undergraduates, 44%) and report several other category figures accurately, including 25% for full-time postgraduates and 7% for academic staff. However, the response only minimally covers the task: it gives no clear overview of the satisfaction results and does not report the main comparisons across the five service areas. The claim about a similarity between opening hours and staff helpfulness is unclear and does not accurately describe their results: staff helpfulness has 95% very satisfied, compared with 65% for opening hours. The response also ends mid-sentence and is 24 words below the required minimum, limiting its coverage further. Include a concise overview and select key satisfaction figures to compare.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

There is some basic organisation: the response first discusses user categories and then attempts to turn to satisfaction, using phrases such as “However” and “Turning towards.” This gives the reader a rough sense of the intended sequence. Nevertheless, progression is limited because the second section is very brief, the comparison introduced there is not completed, and the response ends abruptly at “not setisfi”. Some linking phrases are awkward or do not clarify the relationship between ideas, such as “After taking the statistical data into account it may infer.” Use separate, complete paragraphs for the two visuals, and organise each around a clear overview followed by selected supporting comparisons.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You attempt a range of formal and chart-related vocabulary, including “recorded,” “ratio,” “satisfaction,” and “similarity.” However, word choice and spelling errors are frequent enough to make parts difficult to understand. Examples include “illustares,” “setisfied,” “simmlarity,” and “percentile,” while “users contain from academic staff” is an unnatural expression. “Blend chart” is also not an appropriate description of the visual. Prefer precise, familiar terms such as “proportion,” “users,” and “satisfied,” and check spelling carefully. More accurate collocations would make your meaning clearer than using formal-sounding phrases that do not fit the data.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt some longer sentence forms, for example the sentence beginning “After taking the statistical data into account,” and use past-tense reporting such as “was recorded.” However, the range is limited and complex attempts are often faulty. In “it may infer,” the subject is missing; “highest ratio of library users were” has an agreement problem; and “only 7% users contain from academic staff” has an incomplete grammatical pattern. The final sentence is unfinished, so its structure and meaning cannot be followed. Practise building clear subject–verb sentences, for example, “Full-time undergraduates made up the largest group, at 44%,” and check agreement, articles, and sentence completion.
