Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You cover both parts of the visual and provide a clear overview: full-time undergraduates are the largest user group, and staff helpfulness receives the strongest satisfaction rating. Most figures you report are accurate, including the user-group shares and the opening-hours results. However, some key details are incomplete or unclear. For example, the 35% fairly satisfied figure after the 95% staff rating is incorrect; only 5% were fairly satisfied. You also omit the book-satisfaction figures and do not give the exact satisfaction percentages for journals and Wi-Fi, despite noting their similarity. Develop the overview by identifying the lowest satisfaction area and include a few more precise comparisons across the table.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, an overview and separate discussion of user categories and satisfaction. This makes the information generally easy to follow. The sequence within the user-category paragraph is mostly logical, and transitions such as “Overall” and “Meanwhile” help signal relationships. However, the satisfaction paragraph moves between staff helpfulness, journals, Wi-Fi and opening hours without a consistent order, and the comparison between journals and Wi-Fi is not supported with figures. Some linking is also awkward, particularly “while” in the overview, where the two points are not clearly contrasted. Group the satisfaction results systematically and use clear comparisons to strengthen progression.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant task vocabulary, including “categories,” “proportion,” “satisfied” and “followed by,” so the topic is generally understandable. However, word choice and collocation are often inaccurate or repetitive, which limits precision. Phrases such as “highest preference of using the library,” “highly get benefit from library” and “second most demand category” do not naturally describe survey proportions. There are also noticeable spelling errors, including “satisfication,” “undergratuates” and “libraty.” Aim to use standard chart language consistently—for example, say that a group “accounted for” a percentage and that respondents were “very satisfied with” a service. Proofreading spelling would also make the report more professional.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more developed sentence forms, and the main message is usually recoverable. Nevertheless, some grammatical errors affect clarity and control. The introduction says “They are broadly describes,” where the subject and verb do not agree and the construction is incomplete. In “Most of the students and staff satisfy with the service that provides by the library,” the verb pattern and passive clause are faulty; a clearer form would be “Most students and staff are satisfied with the services provided by the library.” Articles and prepositions are also inconsistent, as in “using library” and “satisfied of opening hours.” Practise accurate reporting structures and check agreement, passive forms and prepositions when revising.
