Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5

You cover both visuals and select relevant comparisons, including the largest user group (full-time undergraduates, 44%) and the strongest satisfaction result (staff helpfulness, 95%). Your overview also identifies opening hours and staff helpfulness as the most positively rated services, and you correctly note that neither received dissatisfaction. Most figures are reported accurately. However, the overview says full-time undergraduates are “huge with” full-time postgraduates, which does not clearly express that the former group is larger, and “lowerst performance” for journals is imprecise: journals have the lowest very-satisfied share and highest dissatisfaction, but not the lowest overall satisfaction across every measure. Clarifying these comparisons and developing the overview more precisely would make the key features more fully and consistently clear.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, an overview, and separate paragraphs for the user categories and satisfaction results. This gives the reader a sensible route through both visuals, and linking phrases such as “In detail” and “In contrast” help signal shifts. Some connections are less effective, however. “Whereas part-time postgraduates are 16% while…” creates an awkward sequence, and “Simultaneously” does not clearly show the contrast between book availability and wi-fi. The final paragraph also combines several comparisons in long sentences, making the relationships between figures less easy to follow. Use simpler, more precise links and keep each service comparison in a clearly structured sentence to strengthen progression.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use relevant task vocabulary, including “distribution,” “dissatisfaction,” “availability,” and “reliability,” and you vary some descriptions of the data. However, several word choices and collocations are inaccurate or unnatural, such as “category … are huge with,” “satisfaction service feedback,” and “reliability over wi-fi users.” These phrases make some comparisons harder to interpret. There are also spelling errors, including “avalability,” “repectively,” “failry,” and “lowerst.” The range is sufficient to discuss the visuals, but greater precision and more reliable collocations are needed. Prefer standard chart language such as “accounted for,” “the proportion of users,” and “the lowest very-satisfied rating.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

You attempt a mix of simple and more complex structures, including a relative clause in “the category … are huge with the full-time postgraduate” and contrast clauses beginning “Whereas” and “while.” However, some errors in agreement, articles, and sentence construction reduce accuracy. For example, “The pie chart illustrate” needs subject–verb agreement, while “the category … are” also mismatches a singular subject and verb. The opening sentence has an unnecessary comma after “illustrate,” and “a 65% of satisfaction” uses an incorrect article pattern. Some sentence fragments or awkwardly joined clauses, such as “Whereas part-time postgraduates are 16% while…,” affect clarity. Check agreement and article use, and make sure each sentence has a complete, well-connected structure.
