Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You identify the main user group accurately: full-time undergraduates make up 44%, followed by full-time postgraduates at 25%. You also report the strongest satisfaction result correctly (95% for staff helpfulness) and note that journals have the highest dissatisfaction (20%). However, the overview is broad and partly imprecise: the chart includes academic staff as well as students, and the 15% figure combines distance learners and academic staff rather than describing their individual shares (8% and 7%). The table discussion omits several useful comparisons, including the 50% very satisfied with books and the 48% for wi-fi, and the claim that most users are very satisfied by all facilities overlooks that this is not true for journals or wi-fi. Covering these features more precisely would make the summary more complete.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a clear overall arrangement: an introduction, an overview, and separate paragraphs for the chart and table. This makes the two sources easy to distinguish, and sequencing the user categories from largest to smaller shares is helpful. Cohesion is generally understandable, but some links are mechanical or unclear. For example, “Next categories with second highest use” is awkward, while “Distance learners and academic staff holds 15% share” combines two groups without clarifying their separate proportions. The table paragraph moves from a general claim to selected details but does not compare the remaining facilities systematically. Use clearer transitions and organise the table around contrasts, such as the highest satisfaction ratings versus the areas with more dissatisfaction.

Lexical Resource: Band 6.0

You use an adequate range of task-related vocabulary, including “accounts for,” “satisfaction level,” “facilities,” and “not satisfied.” These choices communicate the main information, and some variation avoids excessive repetition. However, several word choices and collocations are imprecise or unnatural, such as “categories of student and staff,” “holds 15% share,” and “satisfaction ... with various facilities provided by the university.” There are also spelling errors in “higly,” “id,” and “availbility,” which reduce accuracy. Aim for concise, conventional chart language and check spelling carefully. More precise terms such as “proportion,” “respondents,” and “rated” would help describe the figures without changing their meaning.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

You use a mixture of simple statements and more developed structures, including “Their number accounts for 44% of the total” and “Most of the users are very satisfied ... especially with the helpfulness of staff.” The meaning is generally clear, but some grammatical errors remain. In “using university's library,” the possessive article is missing; “Part-time postgraduate students accounts” has a subject–verb agreement error; and “Distance learners and academic staff holds” also requires a plural verb. The phrase “Next categories with second highest use that is 25% are...” is structurally awkward, and “Least satisfaction id by...” does not form a correct sentence. Practise accurate plural agreement and complete sentence patterns, while retaining the range of structures you already attempt.
