The following spherical diagram illustrates the category of library users.

Amost half of the library users are full-time undergraduates taking of 44 percent of the whole circle. Than the second position goes to full-time postgraduates with 25 percent. The least one is academic staff with just 7 percent of users.

In addition, all library users have mixed opinions about the services provided by library.

Alot of them are very statisfied by the help provided by staff members only 5 out of 100 are fairly statisfied. Moreover, library opening hours are also very flexible which is why 65 out of 100 users are very statisfied with it and the rest 35 are fairly statisfied. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You identify the largest user group correctly as full-time undergraduates (44%) and the smallest as academic staff (7%), and you include relevant satisfaction information, especially the high ratings for staff helpfulness and opening hours. However, the summary is incomplete and some details are inaccurate or unclear. It omits the other user categories and their proportions, and it does not clearly compare satisfaction across all five services. The statement that “49 individuals” were not satisfied is unsupported: the table gives percentages, and dissatisfaction differs by service (10% for books, 20% for journals and 19% for wi-fi). The overview that users have “mixed opinions” is too general to capture the strong overall satisfaction. Select the main contrasts and report them precisely.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a basic overall arrangement: it introduces the visuals, describes user categories, then moves to satisfaction. This gives the reader a recognisable sequence, and linking expressions such as “In addition,” “Moreover” and “Furthermore” show an attempt to connect points. However, progression within the satisfaction paragraph is not always clear: several services are grouped together, followed by the unclear claim about “49 individuals,” and the final sentence does not develop a clear conclusion. Some transitions feel mechanical rather than showing precise relationships. Use separate, purposeful paragraphs for the user profile and satisfaction results, and group the satisfaction figures by meaningful comparisons—for example, the strongest ratings versus the areas with more dissatisfaction. Clearer referencing would also help readers follow which figures relate to which service.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use some task-relevant vocabulary, including “full-time undergraduates,” “library users,” “availability” and “reliability of wi-fi,” so the topic is generally understandable. However, the range is limited and several choices or collocations are inaccurate or informal, such as “spherical diagram,” “the second position goes to” and “very flexible” for opening hours. Repeated use of “statisfied” (intended as “satisfied”) and “Alot” also makes the writing look less controlled; these are spelling and word-form issues. Prefer standard chart language such as “pie chart,” “accounted for” and “rated the service very positively.” More precise vocabulary for proportions and satisfaction would help you describe the data without relying on vague phrases such as “a significant number of people.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more extended sentences, including a contrast with “however” and a concessive opening with “Although.” Nevertheless, control is uneven, and errors in sentence structure and grammatical forms sometimes make relationships difficult to follow. For example, “taking of 44 percent of the whole circle” has an incorrect construction, while “Than the second position goes to…” is not a complete, well-formed comparison. The final clause beginning “Although the majority is satisfied” is left without a clear main clause, and “49 individuals are not satisfied with them” does not form a clear grammatical reference to the services. Practise complete sentences with accurate comparison patterns, such as “Undergraduates accounted for 44%, followed by postgraduates at 25%,” and check articles, agreement and clause boundaries.
