Student answer (Band 5.0)
The Pie Chart & Table Illustrates the percentage distribution of students acroos different courses, while the table presents information about students statisfaction with various library facilities. The library user satisfaction with five different categories University.where as follows, 1- Distance learning by 8%, Academic staff by 7% , Full Time undergraduate by 44%, Full time post graduate by 25% & part time Post graduate by 16%.
Herethe highesh library satisfaction is with full time undergraduate students with 44% where comparing Academic staff is 7%.
Comparing the full time post graduate is also highly satisfied by 25% but the distance learning students are not happy most they are satisfi8% only .
Furthemore, the students are failry satisfy with less percent due to library opening hours & no helpfulness of staff to support it has also impacted alot to the students.
Here i can see mostly students are not satisfy with the library opening hours as the time may differ each universities carry different times of lecture afterthat studdent visit to library, there should be flexible hours for opening library. also, Staff helpfulness behaviour is must how much they will try to cooperate & helps students to find books it will be helful.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You identify several accurate figures from the user-category chart, including 44% for full-time undergraduates, 25% for full-time postgraduates, and 8% for distance learners. However, the response only partially summarises the task: it gives little meaningful account of the satisfaction table and does not present a clear overview of its main pattern. The claim that students are “mostly” dissatisfied with opening hours is inaccurate: 65% are very satisfied and none are dissatisfied. Staff helpfulness is also rated very positively, with 95% very satisfied, so the suggestion that poor staff support has affected students is unsupported. Focus on reporting the strongest and weakest satisfaction results accurately, rather than adding explanations or recommendations.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
There is some organisation: the response first mentions user categories and then turns to satisfaction, with linking expressions such as “Comparing” and “Furthermore.” However, the progression is difficult to follow because the table is not systematically described, and the final discussion shifts into advice about opening hours and staff behaviour rather than continuing the summary. The opening sentence also combines the chart and table unclearly, while phrases such as “Here the highest…” do not establish a clear comparison. Use a concise introduction, a separate overview, and paragraphs grouping the key chart and table findings. More accurate referencing and fewer abrupt transitions would make the information easier to follow.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The response uses some relevant task vocabulary, including “percentage distribution,” “facilities,” and “library opening hours,” so the topic is generally recognisable. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, such as “students statisfaction,” “highesh library satisfaction,” and “satisfi8% only.” Repeated use of “satisfied” and “students” also makes the account less precise. Spelling errors, including “across,” “furthermore,” and “helpful,” reduce clarity and control. Build a small set of accurate reporting expressions for proportions and satisfaction levels, and check spelling and word forms before submitting.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, but control is inconsistent, and errors sometimes make relationships between ideas hard to understand. For example, “The Pie Chart & Table Illustrates” has a subject–verb agreement problem, while “The library user satisfaction with five different categories University.where as follows” is not a complete, well-formed sentence. The sentence beginning “Comparing the full time post graduate…” also lacks a clear grammatical structure. Punctuation and capitalisation are inconsistent, with sentence boundaries missing around “University.where” and “Here i”. Practise writing complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, and use straightforward comparison structures before attempting longer clauses.
