Student answer (Band 5.5)

Many people believe that the teachers in primary schols focus too much on structured learning rathen then teach them some other skills which going to help them in futhure with therte carrier or jobs. Although, I completely agree to this satements in schools teachers only teach students the formal education rather than teach them any other basic teaching realated to thee carrier growth.

Many individuals are agrue that primary schools should introduced some type of activite class rather than just focusing on the academic instruction. As according to standed education system syllabus is already deiceded for the different classes and the educators are complete focus on the syllabus or only that book materials to delivers between the learners. Because of this students only get to know about the knoweledge they learn from the books. For example, the primary students only goods in books if any task given to them such as money mangement them have no knoweledge of that who they gone perform.

So many people and In my opinion rather than only give them or provide books learning some other basic teaching should introduced to them which help them in futhure. Such as schools should introduce one period of special class in which daily they give new information to the children like time mangement which help them in there studies so that with in give time or before that they should complete there task and give remaining time to other work.

In conculsion, I strongly believe with classroom-based learning is good but introducation of other basic knoweldge help them to built there carreir more strong.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You present a clear overall view that primary education should include practical learning alongside formal lessons, and you give relevant examples such as money management and time management. These examples show an attempt to explain why children need skills beyond textbook knowledge. However, the response addresses the two questions unevenly: you explain your agreement with the criticism of formal learning, but the importance of play in the classroom is not directly discussed. The examples also remain general, and the proposed “one period of special class” is not developed to show how it would benefit children or complement play. To strengthen the response, state your position precisely and explain both the value of play and how practical activities could be incorporated into lessons.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has an overall structure, with an opening position, supporting paragraphs and a conclusion. Ideas generally move from the focus on academic instruction to practical skills, and examples such as money and time management are relevant to that progression. However, the development is sometimes difficult to follow because connections between claims are unclear. For instance, “So many people and In my opinion” does not clearly link the previous example to the proposed solution, while “As according to” creates an awkward transition. The conclusion repeats the main view but does not bring the discussion of play together with the practical-skills argument. Use clearer topic sentences and more precise linking phrases, and ensure each paragraph develops one connected point.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You attempt vocabulary relevant to education and future skills, including “structured learning,” “academic instruction,” “money management” and “time management.” This gives the response some task-specific language. However, the range is limited and several word-choice, word-form and spelling errors make meaning harder to understand, such as “primary schols,” “futhure,” “carreir,” “goods in books” and “introducation.” Some combinations are also unnatural, including “basic teaching related to their career growth” and “built their career more strong.” Aim to use accurate, natural phrases rather than repeating broad terms such as “basic” and “knowledge.” Proofreading spelling and checking collocations would make your ideas clearer and more precise.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a contrast with “Although” and explanations introduced by “Because of this.” This shows some effort to connect ideas rather than relying only on short statements. However, complex sentences are often not controlled successfully, and errors in verb forms, agreement, articles and sentence construction can make the meaning difficult to follow. For example, “which going to help them” lacks a finite verb, and “schools should introduced” uses an incorrect verb form. The opening sentence also joins clauses awkwardly, while “I strongly believe with classroom-based learning is good” has an unclear grammatical structure. Practise building accurate sentences with one main clause and a clearly connected supporting clause before adding more complexity.
