Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the cooking course I recenttly attended at your college.

I enrolled in the four-week Advanced Indain Cuisine course, which I found particularly appealing beacuse I hoped to improve my practical cooking skills. Although the instructor was knowledgeable and friendly, I was dissatisfied with several aspects of the course. The classes were frequently overcrowded, meaning that students had to share cooking equipment. As a result, we often had to wait for our turn instead of practising the techniques ourselves. Furthermore, several lessons started late because the necessary ingredients and equipment had not been prepared in advanced.

I would suggest limiting the number of participants in each class so that everyone has sufficient time to practise. It would also be beneficial if the college prepared all ingredients and equipments before each session. Finally, providing students with a detailed recipe booklet would allow us to practise the dishes at home.
