Dear Monika,
How've you been? I hope you are doing well. I am writing to request your assistance while I'm away at the end of this month. I am going to Ottawa for two weeks to attend an advanced physiotherapy course that one of my friends recommended. I'd really appreciate it if you could lend a hand during my absence.
By the way, if you don't mind, will you be able to look after both my home and pet. The problem is that my dog is under the weather, sohe requires careful attention and reular care. As a result, I am looking for someone who is trustworthy and loyal.
Regarding your responsibilities, you will need to prepare and serve the food for the dog. Plus, I want you to keep a close eye on my CCTV surveillance because the thieves are wandering around our neighborhood. you will not have to do any household chores.
