It is ten years since you left college. You'd like to organise an event to celebrate this anniversary with all your friends and classmates from college.

Write a letter to one of your college friends. In your letter

Dear Ram,

I am writing to invite you to a reunion of our college friends and classmates. I would like to organise an event where we can all meet and celebrate together.

I would like to organise a normal celebration with a dinner and few acivites. I have some games in my mind. For example musical chairs or karaoke night. Let me know your suggestions too.

The main reasons behind this simple party is that I know everyone will come with their respective families. I do not want to create very loud environment for them, especially for children.

I have already spoken to the college management and they have grant me the main hall for one evening free of charge. I am ready to provide funds for other services such as catering, music and lighting. However, I need someone to help me with the arrengements. It is a little tough for me to handel this all by my self. We both are in the same town, I would appreciate it if you could provide me with some assistance.
