Dear Sam,

I hope you are doing well. It's been one decade since we left our college and I feel like we should celebrate this anniversary with our friends. I am writing this email regarding how we will do celebration and what aid i will need from your side.

What I was thinking is that we should arrange one day celebration. In which, we will play some games that we used to play in college, arrange food and also we will make one video tape which include our old memory's.

This is good way to celebrate as we will rewind our good and bad memories. I was also thinking if we can arrange our event at college playground to make this function more meamorable. I am thinking to invite our professor's as well. What do you think?

Besides that, I have already talked to most of our classmates and they all are very exicited to join this event. I prepared almost everything except food menu and sound arrangment. I would be happy if you could arrange those two things.
