Dear Tosin,

I hope you are doing well, I am writing this letter to inform about how we can celebrate our anniversary. next year january will makes it 10 years since we graduated from college. And i thought it will be a good idea if we can celebrate it.

However, I am thinking if we can arrange a dinner party locally or internationally. Or it could be a brunch or picnic event. This idea is just to celebrate this milestone and also use the opportunity to connect with one another. Some of us have not seen each other since we left college. This event will enable us to connect and keep in touch.

Furthermore, i will need your assistant in some aspect to ensure smooth planning. If you can help me to get the pictures of our classmates and also their telephone number to enable us to invite them. This will also help us to organise and make a smooth planning.
