Dear Anne,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and that you are surrounded by prosperity and happiness. It has been ten years since we left college, and yesterday, I was reminiscing about our old memories while looking through pictures and videos on my laptop. Those were truly wonderful years of our lives because we spent so much precious time together and created countless incredible memories with our friends.

Actually, I am planning to organise an event to celebrate our 10-year college anniversary with all our classmates. Firstly, I believe it would be better to hold the event at a hotel, where we could book a spacious hall and invite everyone from our class. We could arrange dinner, music and some fun activities to make the evening memorable.

I think celebrating at a hotel would be an excellent idea because we would be able to enjoy ourselves comfortably without worrying about restrictions or cleaning up afterwards. Moreover, most hotels provide catering and other event facilities, which would make the arrangements much easier.

I need your help with organising the event. Could you please contact our old classmates and make the invitations? I will take care of the other arrangements, such as booking the venue, arranging the food and organising the activities.

Please let me know as soon as possible what you think about the idea. I am really looking forward to seeing everyone again and reliving our wonderful college memories.
