Dear John,

I hope you're doing well. It's been a while since we last spoke. I'm planning to organize an event to celebrate our tenth anniversary since we left college.

Firstly, I'd like to organize a semi-formal event, including our class teacher and dean, as well as all our classmates. There will be almost 50 people at the event.

I'm sure this event is going to be incredible because it will give everyone a chance to reminisce about the memories we made during our college days. As a result, peers will get together after a long period of time and share their journeys with each other while also talking about future goals.

Additionally, I want some help from you regarding contacting our dean and professor, as I'm busy with other arrangements for the event. You also need to come on time on the day of the reunion and help with seating arrangements and acoustic settings.
