Dear Batch,

I writing this letter to announce some important announcements will be plan to organise an event to celebrate anniversary with all classmates and friends i want all to support the plan to make successful event.

My plan is to have sponsors the food like the viand dessert and drinks to have energy all day and i want to have some parlor games to make fun and happy and the prize to be won nothing it happens have no money at all so i decide to make a survey if its okay for you so that understand how to use it can be glad we cooperate and this event will be memorable that we can talk for future and to our family its the best way to catch up our life career hows daily what’s going after college.

I hoping this letter can help and understand its all about this to our batch to remind how happy when in the college .
