I decided this place becuse of our memery and we can also enjoy watching our photo album by sitting in nice and comfey area. Since i'm not in touch with everyone. I need your help in this matter.

Let me know your thoughts on this and we can decide accordingly.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address all three points: you propose a party with biryani, explain that the canteen and nearby restaurant hold memories, and ask Kamal to contact classmates through a WhatsApp group. These details make the letter relevant and give it a friendly purpose. However, the event plan is not fully clear: “prink party” is difficult to interpret, and it is unclear whether the celebration will be at the canteen or the restaurant. The reason for choosing the venue is also only briefly explained, while the request for help is clearer but could specify practical tasks such as collecting responses or booking a place. Develop these points more fully and make the event details unambiguous.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The letter has a coherent overall arrangement: it opens with a friendly greeting, introduces the reunion, describes the proposed celebration, asks for help, and closes by inviting a reply. Paragraph breaks help distinguish these stages, and phrases such as “Since I’m not in touch with everyone” connect the reason for asking Kamal to the request. Some links are less smooth, however. The opening sentence combines catching up with the reason for writing, and the venue and memory explanation could be ordered more clearly. The request is also repeated in “I need your help” and “For the arrangement… I need your help.” Keep the progression, but make each paragraph perform a distinct purpose and reduce repetition.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use vocabulary suited to an informal reunion letter, including “catch up,” “buddies,” “photo album,” and “everyone’s convenience.” These choices communicate a warm, personal tone. However, spelling and word-choice errors are noticeable and sometimes make the plan difficult to understand: “collage,” “resturant,” “arrage,” and especially “prink party” do not clearly convey the intended meaning. Some phrases are also unnatural, such as “the world best biriyani” and “more knowledge of social media.” Use accurate spelling and more natural collocations, and choose precise words for the type of event and venue. This would make your meaning easier to follow while preserving the friendly style.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more developed sentence forms, for example, “Since I’m not in touch with everyone, I need your help in this matter,” and “where we can chat and arrange this party according to everyone’s convenience.” The main ideas remain understandable, but errors in sentence construction and punctuation recur. The opening has a run-on structure, and “we haven't met each others for a long time” has an incorrect object form. There are also missing or incorrect articles and prepositions in phrases such as “spend a lot time” and “sitting in nice and comfy area.” Capitalisation at the start of sentences is inconsistent. Practise accurate sentence boundaries and check articles, plurals, and verb patterns when editing.
