Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You identify a get-together, give a date, invite your friend and family, and explain that classmates and teachers could share memories and see how everyone has progressed. These are relevant ideas, but the event itself is only briefly described, and the reason for choosing this format is not fully developed. The request for help is particularly unclear: “I need some help to maintain some work to share with you” does not specify what tasks your friend should take on. Make the purpose and arrangements more explicit—for example, explain what activities are planned and ask your friend to contact classmates, arrange food, or help book a venue. This would make all parts of the task clearer and more fully addressed.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The letter has a recognisable sequence: you introduce the invitation, explain the value of meeting again, and then ask for help. The paragraphs also broadly separate these purposes. However, the progression within sentences is often difficult to follow, as in “Event which make our friend to meet after a long time we can share all the memories.” Several ideas are joined without clear links, and “eachother” is repeated. Use shorter, complete sentences and clearer transitions to show how the reunion, teachers, and activities relate. A more focused final paragraph listing specific organising tasks would also make the request easier to understand. The overall structure is present, but cohesion and referencing are not consistently clear.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant vocabulary for a reunion, including “Get-Together,” “memories,” “teachers,” and “cultural activities,” so the reader can identify the general topic. However, the range is limited, and several word choices or combinations are inaccurate or unclear, such as “maintain some work,” “in their age,” and “participate one the cultural activity.” These expressions make parts of the message difficult to interpret. Choose more precise event-planning language, such as “organise the arrangements,” “see how we have progressed,” and “take part in one of the activities.” Check spelling and word forms as well, including “each other” and “organised.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You attempt to connect ideas using clauses, for example when explaining that friends can share memories, but many sentences are incomplete or inaccurately formed. “The main reason to write this letter to you that I would like to invite…” is missing a grammatical link, while “Since, from school we were friends which we can share everything” has problems with clause structure and tense. There are also errors in verb forms and sentence construction, such as “I wish you to be come to me.” These frequent issues sometimes make the intended meaning hard to follow. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then add subordinate clauses; for example, “I’m writing to invite you to a reunion that I’m organising.”
