I would like to organise the event in which everyone over there will be bringing home made food for everyone and I will invite a local popular singer to have some fun and dance. Moreover, In last we will do bonfire.
I think this will we a great idea because everyone will be togather and will remember old days and memories.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address all three points: you propose a gathering with shared food, a singer and a bonfire; explain that it would bring classmates together and revive memories; and ask your friend to obtain permission and arrange parking. The purpose and friendly tone are clear. However, some parts are less fully developed than others. For example, the reason for choosing this format is expressed generally, and the practical request does not clarify where the event would take place or what arrangements are needed for the singer and food. The request about permission is also difficult to follow because the relationship between the friend and the college trustee is unclear. Add a little detail to make the plan and requests more specific.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The letter has a clear overall arrangement: an opening, a description of the event, a reason for it, a request for help and a closing. This makes the main message easy to follow, and phrases such as “Moreover” and “because” help connect ideas. The paragraphing also separates the main purposes of the letter. To make the progression smoother, avoid abrupt or unclear transitions such as “And I would like” after a full stop and “In last”; the latter makes the sequence of activities hard to interpret. The requests could also be grouped and linked more naturally. Your organisation is already coherent, but more precise connections and clearer references would make it feel less mechanical.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough vocabulary to communicate the main plan, including “anniversary,” “local popular singer,” “bonfire” and “permission.” However, the range is limited and several spelling or word-choice errors reduce accuracy, such as “celebreate,” “togather” and “parkings.” Some phrases are also unnatural or unclear: “everyone over there will be bringing home made food for everyone” is repetitive, while “take the permission from you relative who is trusty” does not clearly express the intended relationship or action. Choose more precise collocations and check spelling, especially in key details. For instance, describe the meal as a “potluck” or say classmates will “bring a dish to share,” and use “parking arrangements” rather than “parkings.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You use a mixture of short statements and longer sentences, including a reason clause with “because” and a request framed with “Could you please…?” These structures help convey the letter’s purpose, and the meaning is generally understandable. Some grammatical errors remain, however. “Its been” needs the contraction “It’s been,” and “this will we a great idea” should be “this will be a great idea.” In “I need a little help from you my friend,” punctuation is needed to set off the direct address. The sentence beginning “Could you please take the permission…” also has an unclear grammatical relationship between the friend and the relative. Review verb forms, sentence boundaries and punctuation, while continuing to use varied sentence patterns.
