Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address all three requested points: you propose a get-together, explain that classmates can share their journeys and achievements, and ask your friend to come three days early to help with arrangements. The venue and date also make the plan more concrete. However, the reasons for choosing a reunion are only briefly explained, and the request for help is quite general; specify practical tasks such as contacting classmates, arranging refreshments, or preparing the hall. The phrase “graduates, who has passed 10 years before” also makes the intended group unclear. Develop these details more fully so each part of the task is equally clear and persuasive.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The letter has a recognisable progression: it introduces the reunion, explains its purpose, gives the venue and date, and ends with a request and closing. Paragraphing helps separate these stages, and linking expressions such as “Moreover” and “Also” guide the reader. At times, however, connections are mechanical or unclear. For example, “Because you are my pall freind…” is attached awkwardly to the opening, while “On otherside” does not clearly show how the college hall relates to the previous point. Some sentences begin with fragments, such as “which could be easy…” and “Also get chance…”. Use complete sentences and clearer links between the reason, venue, and request.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use relevant vocabulary for a reunion, including “get-together,” “achievements,” “graduation,” and “organize,” so the main topic is understandable. However, noticeable spelling and word-choice errors reduce precision, including “freind,” “pall freind,” “fiseisible,” and “recalculate our memories.” Some phrases are also unnatural or unclear, such as “that is perfect bond to fullfil it responsibly” and “graduates, who has passed 10 years before.” Aim for accurate, natural collocations rather than trying to make phrases sound elaborate. For instance, say that classmates can “reminisce about college” and that the venue is “easy for everyone to find.” Proofreading spelling and choosing familiar, precise expressions would make the letter clearer.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The letter includes both simple statements and attempts at longer structures, such as “This event will help them to share their journey and achievements after graduation.” The overall meaning is usually recoverable, but some grammatical errors make parts difficult to follow. Examples include “I need an helper” (article use), “graduates, who has passed” (agreement), and “This event is going to held” (missing verb form). The sentence beginning “Because you are…” is also a fragment, and “which could be easy…” is not joined correctly to a complete clause. Practise forming complete sentences and checking subject–verb agreement, articles, and verb patterns. More accurate control of these structures would make your ideas easier to understand.
