Student answer (Band 6.0)
Over the years, the trend of having a sort of any interesting hobby is highly supported by people by claiming that, apart from pursing any educational degree it is indeed important to have spare-time activity helps in reducing stress level as well as can be become alternative source of income. In my experience, I believe that it is an essential for each aged-group of people to have some sort of activity in their lifetime.
First and foremost, the curriculum activity has its own benefits. a) one of the scientific reason why doctors advice new born parents to enroll their children for swimming classes in their early age. As a result, the swimming exercise acquire a moment of not only hand but also core and legs. And this sport help their muscles to develop in their early age. Secondly, many companies around the globe often organize extra activity for their employee to support to overcome stress level.
Another striking point to consider for the people who are retired or in their older age. it is often seen in our day to day life that, once people get retired or get older , gets more bore at sitting home any other aged group. This act is often cause serious health problem in their life. Therefore, having a sort of hobbies can be beneficial. For a example, indoor games such as, cheese or puzzle; helps their thoughts to process which eventually helps their blood to flow in the body.
All in all, education is necessity to secure better future but allocating spare time to generate interest to learn new activity can be useful in later life.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses the prompt by discussing the importance of hobbies for various age groups. However, the development of ideas is inconsistent. While you provide examples for children (swimming) and the retired (indoor games), the section on working people is underdeveloped, merely mentioning that companies organize activities without explaining why this is important for the individual. The position is clear, but the supporting arguments lack depth and occasionally rely on generalizations. To improve, ensure each group mentioned in the prompt receives balanced and detailed attention, and provide more specific, logical explanations for your claims.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate. For example, the use of 'a) one of the scientific reason' is non-standard and disrupts the flow. Transitions between ideas are sometimes abrupt, and the referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the third paragraph where the connection between 'this act' and the previous sentence is slightly confusing. Improving the variety and accuracy of linking words would significantly enhance the logical progression of your arguments.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
Your vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, but there are several instances of awkward phrasing and word choice errors. Phrases like 'gets more bore at sitting home' and 'new born parents' are unnatural and impede clarity. You attempt to use some topic-specific vocabulary (e.g., 'curriculum activity', 'alternative source of income'), but these are often used incorrectly or in the wrong context. To reach a higher band, focus on learning collocations and using words in their correct grammatical form, rather than relying on direct translations or imprecise terminology.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
There is a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but the accuracy is inconsistent. You frequently struggle with subject-verb agreement ('this sport help', 'this act is often cause') and article usage ('a sort of any interesting hobby'). Punctuation is also problematic, particularly the misuse of semicolons and periods within sentences. While the meaning is generally understandable, the high frequency of grammatical errors throughout the text prevents it from reaching a higher band. Focus on proofreading for basic errors like pluralization and verb tense consistency.
