Student answer (Band 5.5)
It seems to be essential for different generations like childrents, young adults, workers and retired to have at least one hobby. I completely agree with this perspective.
There are many reasons for people to include a hobby or any activity in their lives routine. Our lifestyles involves alot of energy and focusing for work or education. And it can be a big issue to react negatively in our prodectivity. Like take workers for example, after a busy work day, people has felt burn out, and there brains are completely fried. So they need to find the best way to unwind and relax. Therfore, I admit that having a hobby it's the convient way to relieve stress and recharge your batteries. If people make a balanced work life they have to be more productive.
Although, hobbies helps people to stay connected with others, like doing workout with friends helps you to stay in tuch with them and sometimes making new relationships.
In other hand, hobbies helps you to be more energetic and healthier, especially for kids and retired people. Such any activity makes your body moving. And boosting your energy. It gavves you a good feeling to start your day with full of motivation. For me, I wake up at 5 am every day to start my morning routine, which include a 30 min workout to get my body moving, and a cold shower to boost my energy. This daily routine helps me alot to be more productive, and energetic before starting my day.
In conclusion, having a hobby it is not just for intertainment but also it's a good opportunity to get a balanced healthier life. While also alleviate stress.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses all parts of the task by discussing why different generations, from children to retired people, benefit from having at least one hobby. A clear position is established in the introduction ('I completely agree with this perspective') and maintained throughout the essay. Main ideas such as stress relief, maintaining social connections, and boosting physical health are presented and supported with reasons and a relevant personal example. However, some ideas are slightly under-developed or general, such as the brief mention of kids and retired people, which places this response comfortably at Band 6.0.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay has a coherent overall arrangement with a clear introduction and conclusion. Paragraphing is used to separate main points, such as stress relief, social connections, and health benefits. However, cohesion is sometimes faulty or mechanical, with transitional errors like 'Although, hobbies helps...' and 'In other hand, hobbies helps...'. Referencing can also be slightly unclear at times, which prevents the score from reaching a higher band. Overall, the logical progression is evident, matching the Band 6 descriptors.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The student uses an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, attempting some less common items such as 'prodectivity', 'burn out', 'unwind', and 'intertainment'. However, there are noticeable spelling and word-choice errors, including 'childrents', 'alot', 'prodectivity', 'convient', 'tuch', 'gavves', and 'alleviate'. While these errors do not seriously impede communication, they reflect the limitations characteristic of Band 5.5 or 6.0. The vocabulary is minimally adequate to convey the intended meaning.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay exhibits a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, demonstrating some control over grammar. However, there are frequent grammatical and punctuation errors throughout the text, such as subject-verb agreement issues ('hobbies helps', 'people has felt', 'having a hobby it is'), fragment sentences ('Like take workers for example'), and punctuation slips. Although these errors rarely completely impede communication, they occur frequently enough to restrict the score to Band 5.5.
