Some people believe that having a hobby is essential at every stage of life, including childhood, adulthood, work life, and retirement. I completely agree with this view, as hobbies bring both relaxation and personal growth.

Firstly, hobbies allow people to relax and manage stress. For example, a working adult who plays football on weekends can forget about work pressure and feel refreshed. Without such an outlet, stress can build up and affect both mental and physical health.

Another major reason is that hobbies allow people to learn new skills. For instance, I have enjoyed baking as a hobby for many years, and learning to cook different international dishes has helped me develop valuable culinary .

In conclusion, I strongly believe that hobbies play a vital role in the lives of children, young adults, working professionals, and retirees alike, as they offer both relaxation and opportunities for personal development.
