Now, I will expain all these causes in upcoming paragraphs.

Firstly, all should have at least one hobby to be perfect. If individuals are very good in something they can get more opportunties like some fields singing, dancing. Due to this, they can get fame and if people to read books, so they can easily read anything without feel hasitation in front of others. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

The response addresses the prompt by expressing a clear opinion on whether children, young adults, working people, and retirees should have at least one hobby, and supports this position with reasons and examples. The student successfully identifies how hobbies benefit different age groups, such as relaxation for busy workers and enjoyment for seniors. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited and repetitive, with over-generalized statements like "they can get fame." While the prompt's requirements are met and all parts are addressed, the arguments would benefit from greater depth and more precise explanations. Overall, the task response aligns well with the Band 5 descriptor criteria.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The essay is divided into logical paragraphs, including an introduction, two body paragraphs, and a conclusion, which provides a basic overall arrangement. However, the progression of ideas is sometimes hindered by awkward transitions and mechanical cohesive devices, such as "Firstly, all should have..." and "Futhermore, another reason is...". Referencing is occasionally unclear, and sentences within paragraphs do not always flow smoothly together. While paragraphing is used, the lack of sophisticated cohesive devices and occasional disjointed phrasing place this performance squarely within Band 5.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

The vocabulary used is adequate for communicating basic ideas, but the range is quite limited and repetitive. The student attempts some less common vocabulary, such as "workholic" (misspelled) and "exteremly," but these attempts are marred by frequent spelling and word-choice errors, such as "singning," "expain," "competions," and "intersting." Phrasing such as "being a hobby is very good thing" demonstrates a lack of flexibility and precision. Although the reader can generally understand the intended meaning, the noticeable errors in word formation and collocation prevent the response from achieving a higher band score.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The text displays a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, but attempts at complex structures are frequently faulty. There are numerous grammatical errors throughout the response, such as missing articles ("listen to music", "read books"), incorrect verb forms ("people to read books"), and awkward phrasing ("helps to people live longer"). Punctuation and capitalization errors also appear regularly. While the writer attempts a variety of sentence structures, the high frequency of grammatical inaccuracies causes some difficulty and distraction for the reader, fitting the Band 5 descriptors.
