It is important for children, young adults, working people and the retired to have at least one hobby.

Student answer (Band 6.5)

It is vital for people of all age groups, including children, youngsters, working professionals and retirees, should have at least one past-time. I completely agree with this statement because such activities contribute to their physical and mental development. My view is justified in the following

paragraphs.

To begin with, Leisure activities can significantly benefit individuals to improve their physical and mental well being. For instance, swimming, cycling, practicing yoga, playing sports help to improve physical strength and mobility, while as playing instruments, painting and reading books improve focus and critical thinking in youngsters. Furthermore, it helps to reduce stress after following hectic working schedule in day to day life.

Additionally, Many people may earn money through pastime activities. By this I mean that many young adults have hobby of making different items from woollen, for example, making crochet through woolen thread individuals make winter wear, key chains and flowers, that they sell on social media and other online website and earn good wage. Moreover, recreational activities help reduce loneliness especially in pensioner, as well as minimise heart disease and brain disorders, such as stroke, depression and alzheimer's disease.

All in all, it can be said that leisure activities significantly helpfull in all age group people. It not on only improve focus but also reduces loneliness,

improve mental and physical well being. As well as youngsters can able to think creatively and critically consequently, earn money at young age through their best pastimes. So, everyone should have at least one leisure activity.
