It is important for children, young adults, working people and the retired to have at least one hobby.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

I strongly believe that having at least one hobby is essential for everyone. Hobby build healthy relationship between work or study and personal life. It provide you opportunity for learning and exploring now thing in your life. In addition, It can improve mental health and reduce work or study stress.

First and foremost, Hobbies are necessary for the children because it is important for overall development of child. Hobbies can help to develop creativity and many other skill, For example, if child is play football or any team base game so child can learn teamwork. If child learn any musical instrument can improve concentration and discipline.

For working people, hobbies are valuable and vital because it can give break from professional responsibility. For example, After long stressful and tiring day at work, people who like reading, swimming, cycling and many more activity can rejuvenate people and give more energy for next task.

Retired people can also gain significant benefits from having hobbies. After retirement, people may have much more free time because they can opportunities for social interaction. Joining a gardening club, learning a language, or doing volunteer work can give them a purpose of life and can meet new people.

According to me learning new hobbies are not difficult because of technology anybody can explore new hobbies. My sister love to do craft and making creative thing because of technology my sister is able to learn new skills and find her hobbies.

Hobbies give you happiness and avoid loneliness in you life. Even simple activities such as reading, cooking, walking, or listening to music can make everyday life more enjoyable.
