On the one hand, the main reason is improve focus and concentration power which helps them to perform everyday difficult task. this is because doing any activities like reading books, cycling, muscle training, swimming and some sports activities like hockey, baseball ets. help to improve concentration and focus power and also individual can expand imagination power. For example, study reveals that people who involve in activities or persuing their hobby they can solve problems easily as comapre to others.
furethermore, It improves overall health of person by involving physical activities which decrease the cortisol level from body and improve heart and mental health of individuals. Moreover, childrens have hobby during childhood such cricket, swimming , hockey, soccer etc during school time, while some will follow with the passion and some time they will get chance to play for country or state teams. this way they earn money by their following their hobby. For example, my childhood friend has hobby for playing cricket after some years he got chance to play for state level team. but unfotunately he did not continuted for future because of some family issue. so have at least one hobby in life for all age groups is very important in everyone's life.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You give a clear general opinion that hobbies are important and offer relevant reasons, including improved concentration, health benefits, and the possibility of earning money through sport. The examples of activities and your childhood friend’s cricket experience help connect the discussion to real situations. However, the position is not maintained clearly: the opening says hobbies motivate people, while the conclusion introduces problem-solving without summarising your main reasons. Some claims, such as hobbies improving health or leading to professional opportunities, are asserted rather than fully explained, and the discussion focuses mainly on children and sport rather than the different age groups in the prompt. Develop each reason with a clearer explanation and keep your opinion consistent throughout.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has an identifiable introduction, body discussion and conclusion, and phrases such as “On the one hand,” “Furthermore” and “For example” show an effort to guide the reader. The ideas are generally relevant, but progression is uneven: the first body paragraph moves from concentration to a list of activities and then to problem-solving, while the next combines health, children’s hobbies and a personal story. Some links are mechanical or unclear, and the conclusion does not clearly draw together the preceding points. Organise the body into distinct paragraphs, each centred on one reason, and use linking expressions to show the relationship between explanation and example rather than simply adding another point.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “focus and concentration,” “physical activities,” “cortisol level,” “passion” and “state level team.” This gives you enough language to communicate the main ideas, but errors in spelling, word form and collocation are noticeable and sometimes make the reader pause. Examples include “essantial,” “frimly,” “persuing,” “problems sloving skills” and “earn money by their following their hobby.” Some wording is also imprecise, such as “expand imagination power.” Check spelling carefully and learn natural word partnerships; for instance, say “develop problem-solving skills” and “pursue a hobby.” This will make your ideas clearer and more fluent.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and complex sentences, including explanations with “This is because” and a relative clause in “which helps them to perform…”. However, control is inconsistent, and frequent errors in sentence structure, agreement, articles and verb forms sometimes make meaning difficult to follow. For example, “all age groups people's have” has an incorrect possessive structure, “hobby help us” lacks subject–verb agreement, and “some will follow with the passion” is not grammatically well formed. Several sentences also run together, particularly the long sentence about children’s hobbies and sporting opportunities. Practise building accurate subject–verb–object sentences first, then add subordinate clauses and check each sentence for agreement and punctuation.
