Dear Alina,
I hope you are doing well. I would like to share my experience with you from where I studied in Canada. I studied from Cape breton university, which is located in Sydney, Nova Scotia. It is really good and well-structured. There are many campuses also, accomodation available for students.
Not only this, but also I want to tell you about the course and subjects. So, I completed my Healthcare management from here. It contains many subjects, which are really helpful in the future. For example, Legal and ethical issues in health care which includes many information about diseases in canada. There are mane more subjects like these.
Lastly, the year was really helpful for me as I learnt various kinds of subjects also, I met so many people from different cultures and different country which I enjoyed the most. So, I can give you advice that if you want to studying abroad then this is the best university for you.
Looking forward to see you.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response covers all three bullet points required in the task instructions. You successfully stated where you studied by mentioning "Cape breton university" in "Sydney, Nova Scotia". You also described what you learned, mentioning your course in "Healthcare management" and specific subjects like "Legal and ethical issues in health care". Finally, you explained why the year abroad was helpful, noting that the subjects are useful for the future and that meeting people from different cultures was an enjoyable experience. The tone of the letter is generally friendly and appropriate for corresponding with a friend's sister. Although some ideas like the disease information are slightly limited and under-developed, all parts of the prompt have been adequately addressed, earning a solid band score for this criterion.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The letter follows a clear overall arrangement with an appropriate greeting ("Dear Alina,") and a polite sign-off. Paragraphing is used to separate different topics, such as the university details in paragraph one, the course specifics in paragraph two, and the overall benefits and advice in paragraph three. However, cohesion is sometimes faulty or mechanical. You rely heavily on transitional phrases like "Not only this, but also" and "So, I can give you advice", which feel a bit repetitive and conversational rather than naturally flowing. Referencing is mostly clear, but the logical progression between sentences occasionally feels disjointed, such as the sudden shift from accommodation to the course of study. Overall, the organizational structure is adequate for a general letter.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, successfully using terms like "well-structured", "accomodation", and "Healthcare management". However, there are noticeable spelling and word choice errors, such as "accomodation" (accommodation), "Cape breton" (Cape Breton), and writing "mane more subjects" instead of "many more subjects". Additionally, the phrase "contains many subjects" is less natural than "includes many modules" or "covers a wide range of subjects". You attempt less common vocabulary, but some inaccuracies in collocation and spelling prevent the response from reaching a higher band. Nevertheless, the vocabulary is sufficient to convey your meaning clearly without impeding communication.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
You use a mix of simple and complex sentence forms throughout the letter, such as the conditional structure "if you want to studying abroad then this is the best university for you". However, this specific sentence contains a grammatical error ("want to studying" instead of "want to study"). There are other minor grammatical slips, such as capitalization errors in proper nouns ("canada") and awkward phrasing like "from where I studied in Canada". Punctuation is generally fine, but the sign-off "Your best regards," is non-standard. The errors do not impede communication, but they occur frequently enough to place the writing comfortably within the band 6 category.
