Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

The response addresses the main purpose of the letter, but the ideas are only partially developed and limited. While you mention where you studied ('Algoma University in Brampton, Canada') and touch upon what you learned regarding the country's healthcare and education systems, these points are not fully expanded into a complete description. Furthermore, the explanation of why the year abroad was helpful for your studies is quite brief, relying on general statements like 'enhance your knowledge by studing there and get a better future growth' rather than providing specific academic benefits. To move to a higher level, you need to ensure that every bullet point is fully explored with extended, supported details that clearly link your experience to the reader's prospective studies.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

There is some basic organisation in the letter, including an appropriate opening and closing, and you attempt to use transitional phrases like 'To begin with', 'Moreover', and 'Finaly' to sequence your ideas. However, there is no clear overall progression of thought between paragraphs, and some of the cohesive devices are used mechanically or inaccurately. Paragraphing is present, but the internal connections within paragraphs feel disjointed due to run-on sentences and sudden shifts in focus. To improve, you should ensure that sentences flow logically from one to the next and that transitional markers are used naturally to guide the reader smoothly through your personal experience.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

The vocabulary used is limited and minimally adequate for the task. You attempt some less common business and academic terms such as 'Human resource', 'Business managemaent', and 'initative', but these contain noticeable spelling and word-form errors like 'wll', 'forgien', 'dimpoma', and 'Finaly'. Additionally, word choices such as 'well develop country' instead of 'well-developed' cause some difficulty for the reader and reveal a lack of control over word formation and collocation. To achieve a higher band, you need to expand your lexical range, use less common vocabulary accurately, and carefully check your spelling before finishing.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The text displays a very limited range of sentence structures, relying mostly on simple sentences joined by conjunctions. When you attempt more complex structures, they are frequently faulty, as seen in 'I just knew that you want to go abroad for their future studies' (pronoun agreement error) and 'these is advance country where you can easy easly enhance your knowledge'. There are frequent errors in verb tenses, articles, and prepositions, such as 'did the studies in forgien as follow' and 'form algoma university'. These recurring grammatical mistakes cause noticeable difficulty and strain for the reader. To progress, you must work on sentence variety, subject-verb agreement, and basic grammatical accuracy.
