Dear Aman,
I hope you are doing well. Last week, your sister told me that you are planning to move to foriegn nation for your futher studies. According to my prospective, its a good decision that you decided.
Moreover, if I am talking about my studies, I recently completed my Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Project Management at Yorkville University (New Westminister, BC). It's three years course.
Furthermore, having a study in abroad plays crucial role in student's life. I learnt plenty of imperative things. Firstly, having a theoratical knowledge is not enough to survive in the world but also practical skills is vital too. Secondly, I understood the value of time management. Along with your studies is compulsory you have part time job so you can easy pay your expenses.
Apart from this, I want to become a project manager and this study help me to build my career.
Yours lovingly,

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
The letter makes a relevant attempt to discuss studying abroad and gives some personal context, including your BBA at Yorkville University and your goal of becoming a project manager. However, it only minimally fulfils the specific prompts. The location is named, but it is unclear whether this was where you spent a year abroad or where you completed your degree. The country you studied in is never identified, and the lessons described—time management and the need for practical skills—are general rather than clearly about that country. The benefit to your studies is also only briefly asserted in “this study help me to build my career.” Address each bullet directly with specific details about the country and how the experience supported your academic learning.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a recognisable letter format, with a greeting, paragraphs, and a closing, and the ideas are grouped broadly into background, lessons, and career benefit. Linking expressions such as “Moreover,” “Furthermore,” and “Apart from this” help signal movement between points. However, the progression is not always clear: the opening refers to the recipient’s plans, then shifts to your degree without explaining how it relates to a year abroad. Several transitions feel mechanical, and “Along with your studies is compulsory you have part time job” is difficult to follow. Use paragraphs that correspond clearly to the three requested points, and connect each idea with explicit references rather than relying mainly on formulaic linkers.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “Project Management,” “practical skills,” “time management,” and “expenses,” so the reader can understand the general subject. There are also attempts at more formal expressions, such as “crucial role” and “imperative things.” However, the range is limited and several choices or spellings are inaccurate or unnatural, including “foriegn nation,” “futher studies,” “According to my prospective,” and “having a study in abroad.” These errors sometimes make the intended meaning less clear. Aim for accurate, natural phrases rather than formal-sounding wording: for example, say “in my opinion” and “studying abroad,” and use precise vocabulary to describe the country and the academic benefits of your experience.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The letter includes simple statements and some attempts to combine ideas, such as “I hope you are doing well” and “I learnt plenty of imperative things.” However, the range of sentence structures is limited, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to understand. For example, “its a good decision that you decided” has an unclear construction, while “Along with your studies is compulsory you have part time job” lacks a clear grammatical structure. There are also problems with articles, agreement, and verb forms in “It's three years course,” “practical skills is vital,” and “this study help me.” Practise building clear subject–verb sentences first, then add subordinate clauses, checking articles and agreement carefully.
