Canada is very good country for studying everything because in Canada their is lots of opportunities for choosing any of the college for our study. the best college is Western Community College, you can also find the many courses you want to enroll in. The fees of this college is cheaper than other college. The staff is very good and cooprative. Moreover this college provided us the scholarship if we will get good grades. The ambience is quiet good and comfortable and the professors are veru well educated and professional about their work and also they are very helpful. The college has lots of facilities and this is located in the centre of city so the transportation in very good. When i was studying in abroad i gain lots of new skills, find the new opportunities related to my study. I am woking in hotel so along with the study i also take the experience in my field.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

You provide relevant information about studying in Surrey, Canada, and mention gaining skills and work experience in a hotel, so the reader can see some benefits of studying abroad. However, the task asks about a year you completed, while “I am studying” presents this as current, making your experience unclear. The country-learning point is also only partly addressed: comments about college fees, facilities and opportunities describe the institution rather than what you learnt about Canada. The explanation of how the year helped your studies is brief and general. To strengthen the letter, clearly describe one or two things you discovered about Canadian life or culture, then connect specific skills or work experience to your hospitality studies.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

The response contains several relevant points, and linking expressions such as “Moreover” and “When I was studying abroad” help connect some information. However, the ideas do not follow the three requested points in a clear progression. Most of the letter focuses on promoting the college, with details about fees, staff, scholarships and transport grouped together, while learning about the country and academic benefits receive little development. The long opening paragraph also makes the main points difficult to distinguish. Organise the letter into short paragraphs—for example, location and study, discoveries about Canada, and benefits to your course—and use clear references so the reader can follow when the experience happened.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate basic information, including “scholarship,” “professors,” “transportation,” “opportunities” and “experience.” There are also attempts at descriptive language, such as “quiet and comfortable” and “helpful.” However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or repetitive, including “the hotel and their every parts,” “take the experience,” and repeated use of “good.” Spelling errors such as “cooprative” and “veru” also reduce accuracy. Choose more precise expressions for the task, such as describing cultural discoveries and academic skills, and check spelling and natural word combinations before finishing.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt to combine ideas using longer sentences and clauses, for example, the sentence beginning “Moreover this college provided us the scholarship.” However, the range of structures is limited, and errors in verb forms, agreement, articles and sentence boundaries occur frequently enough to make parts less clear. Examples include “I am studying” when describing a completed year, “Canada is very good country,” and “When i was studying in abroad i gain lots of new skills.” Several sentences also join multiple ideas without reliable punctuation. Practise accurate past-tense forms for the completed experience, article use (“a very good country”), and subject–verb agreement, then separate long sentences into clearer units.
