Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

You identify the university and country—“S P L University, in UK”—and give a general reason the experience helped, saying the international degree made you “capable to move anywhere.” However, the task is only partially addressed: you do not explain what you learnt about the country itself, and the benefit to your studies is asserted rather than illustrated with a specific example. Much of the letter shifts into recommending the university and discussing education systems, rather than describing your own year abroad. To strengthen the response, describe a concrete cultural or practical discovery about the UK and explain how studying there improved your knowledge or skills for your course.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0

The letter has a recognisable opening, body and sign-off, and the reader can follow its broad purpose. However, the ideas are not arranged in a clear progression through the three requested points. The opening repeats that you are writing to share your experience, then the response moves from your degree and university to career mobility and a comparison of education systems without clear transitions. Connect each paragraph or section to one task point, and use linking phrases to show how the experience led to a specific study benefit. The closing, “thanks for guiding,” is also unclear in relation to the letter’s purpose. Clearer sequencing and more precise connections would make the message easier to follow.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use some vocabulary relevant to education, including “university course,” “practical,” “international university” and “value,” so the topic is generally understandable. However, the range is basic and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or repetitive, such as “thinking to move abroad,” “take addimission,” and “well known in abroad.” Spelling errors such as “enginering,” “addimission” and “forigen” also reduce accuracy. Aim to use natural phrases for study abroad and describe the country with more specific vocabulary, rather than repeating broad claims about the university. More accurate collocations and spelling would make your meaning clearer and more convincing.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, and the main message is usually understandable. However, control is uneven, particularly in longer sentences. For example, “I hope you are doing well, I am writing…” joins two complete clauses with only a comma, while “which i have complete in abroad” has problems with the verb form and sentence construction. There are also errors in articles and prepositions, as in “in UK” and “capable to move anywhere,” and capitalisation is inconsistent. Practise separating complete ideas with full stops or using conjunctions, and check verb forms and article use. These changes would make your sentences more accurate and easier to read.
