Student answer (Band 5.0)
Research has it that family members work together in their family bussiness in many country and accordingly, it is a two way process to families depending on the end product.
Firstly, family bussinesses in some families happengs to be the root, the standard, the fortune, legacy, the bond that holds the family only in a place where it thrives well. This as the height of it all keeps the family united and would as well be able to stand tall amists the waves of the market storm and winds. In a situation like this, its advantage is always a continuos profity because; united they said we stand and divided we fall.
In the other hand, family bussinesses in some countries and in some families happens to do some more bad than good due to their inabilities to contain their differences. This in turn become a thorn on their growth in family business, family unity, bond and togetherness. Should this mnot put on check, family bussiness in some family could be the reason for some uncompromised atrocities going on in some families.
Furthermore, I am of the opinion that family business should not be a generatiomnal practice. It could be netter on one person, one business. This will give room differently for more individual effort for survival rather than giving room for the adage with says; monkey they work and baboon the choop. This equally will give different room for sourcing for bussiness ideas, more concentration on survival without thinking how to do away with a member just to acquire the family fortune.
Conclusively, family bussinesses by family members thrives well depennds on the mutual value in understanding and proecting the legacy.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
The response addresses the task only partially, exploring both advantages and disadvantages, but the position is not always clear throughout the essay. The ideas presented are limited and remain under-developed, relying on generalized statements rather than detailed explanations or fully realized examples. For instance, the discussion regarding family unity and market storms in the second paragraph lacks specific elaboration. To move to a higher level, the writer needs to present a fully developed position with well-supported arguments and relevant, specific examples from their own knowledge or experience, ensuring that every main point is thoroughly extended.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
There is some basic organization evident with the use of transition markers such as 'Firstly', 'In the other hand', and 'Conclusively', but the essay lacks a clear overall progression. Cohesive devices are sometimes used inaccurately or repetitively, such as 'In the other hand' instead of 'On the other hand'. Paragraphing is attempted, but the internal logical flow within paragraphs is occasionally disrupted by abrupt shifts in ideas and weak referencing. To achieve a higher score, the writer must ensure that ideas are logically sequenced with clearer progression throughout, and that cohesive devices are managed more naturally and accurately without mechanical repetition.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is limited and minimally adequate for the task, with noticeable errors in spelling, word choice, and word form that occasionally cause difficulty for the reader. Examples include repeated misspellings like 'bussiness', and awkward phrasing such as 'happengs', 'continuos profity', 'generatiomnal', and 'netter'. The writer attempts some less common items, but these are often marred by inaccuracies. To improve in this area, the writer needs to expand their lexical range, pay closer attention to spelling and correct word forms, and use words in appropriate collocations to ensure smoother communication.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The writer uses a limited range of sentence structures, and attempts at more complex sentences are frequently faulty. There are numerous errors in grammar and punctuation, including subject-verb agreement issues like 'family businesses... happengs', article misuse, and awkward prepositional phrases. These frequent errors can cause some difficulty for the reader and obscure the intended meaning. To reach the next level, the writer must demonstrate a greater variety of complex sentence forms with improved accuracy, ensuring better control over basic grammar, punctuation, and clause structures so that error-free sentences become more frequent.
