Student answer (Band 5.0)
A lot of nations, siblings of the family are team building for business.
In my perspective I strongly agree that family business have more advantages than disadvantages because they know how to grow their business and they are aware from any loses that will happen.
Firstly, some countries are helping together on how they grow and gain more money for their business. One major example is China, peoples republic in China is one of the growing economy now a days. As we all know from their ancistors and until this generation their business is one of the most fast growing economy. They are helping each other sharing ideas from the member of the family.
Secondly, among members of the family are most aware of what they are going to do in order to achieve their goals to gain more customers. It is very important that we the family that help together. However in some countries they dont want a family member that can be a part of the business for the reason that they will copy the business and build their own business.
I conclude, that family are helping together are bless together. They can easily grow their business and that's the advantages for the family members that help together for their business.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
Your position is clear: you agree that family businesses have more advantages, and you give two reasons—family members can share ideas and work towards business goals. However, the response addresses the question only partially because these points are asserted rather than explained with specific, relevant support. The reference to China and its growing economy does not clearly show how family businesses contribute to that growth, and the possible disadvantage of relatives copying a business is mentioned but not weighed against your position. The conclusion repeats your view without adding support. The response is also 38 words below the required minimum, leaving limited space to develop examples and address both sides more fully.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs signposted by “Firstly” and “Secondly,” and a conclusion. This helps the reader identify the main stages of your argument. However, progression within the paragraphs is uneven, and some links between ideas are unclear. For example, “some countries are helping together” does not clearly connect to the example of China, while “However” introduces a disadvantage without explaining how it relates to the preceding point. The conclusion’s “helping together are bless together” also does not clearly summarise the reasons. Use cohesive devices to show precise relationships, and organise each paragraph around one claim followed by an explanation and a relevant example.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You use a basic range of topic-related vocabulary, including “business,” “customers,” “ideas,” and “goals,” so the general subject is understandable. However, vocabulary is repetitive and several word choices or collocations make meaning unclear. “Siblings of the family are team building for business” is difficult to interpret, and “aware from any loses” does not express the intended idea naturally. “Growing economy” is also used where you appear to mean that businesses are expanding. Spelling errors such as “ancistors” and “now a days” further reduce accuracy. Build a more precise range for discussing family firms, cooperation, risks, and growth, and check spelling and common word combinations before submitting.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You communicate a basic opinion and attempt some longer sentence forms, including the clause beginning “because they know how to grow their business.” However, the range is limited, and errors in sentence construction and agreement occur often enough to make some ideas difficult to follow. For example, “family business have” needs a plural or singular form used consistently, and “among members of the family are most aware” lacks a clear grammatical structure. In “It is very important that we the family that help together,” the clause is incomplete. Practise building complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, and check agreement, articles, and punctuation. Shorter, accurate sentences would make your reasoning easier to understand.
