The main drawback of working in business which was set up by their grandparents is that mass are incapable to make balance between work and their personal life.In addition to it, it is commom that if family work in one place all time then it is normal thing that many personal conflicts can happen on workplace. As the result, it can create stressful atmosphere on worksite for all of them.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address the question and state a clear view: family businesses are helpful, despite the possibility of conflict. You also present relevant advantages, including flexible schedules and more time with relatives, and acknowledge a disadvantage involving work-life balance and workplace disagreements. These points keep the response focused on the task. However, some ideas are asserted rather than explained. For example, the claim that family members can choose their hours would be stronger with a specific illustration of how this benefits the business or its workers. The discussion of personal conflicts is also brief, and the conclusion mainly repeats the points rather than weighing them. Develop the reasons with examples and make the comparison between advantages and disadvantages more explicit.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, a paragraph on a disadvantage, a paragraph on advantages, and a conclusion. This makes the main line of argument easy to identify. You also use signposting such as “The first and foremost merit” and “In the conclusion” to guide the reader. At times, however, the linking feels mechanical, and connections between sentences are not always smooth. For instance, “Because, everyone knows…” is separated from the preceding sentence in a way that interrupts the flow, while “In this case” does not clearly specify the situation it refers to. Improve cohesion by linking each explanation directly to its main point and using pronouns or transitions with clear references. A more balanced paragraph structure could also help the comparison progress logically.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-relevant vocabulary, including “personal life,” “personal conflicts,” “flexible working hours,” and “strong bonding.” This gives you enough language to communicate the central ideas. However, word choice and collocation are often inaccurate or unnatural, which sometimes makes the reader pause. Examples include “give more preference to expand,” “outweigh merits,” and “make balance between work and their personal life.” There are also spelling errors such as “commom,” “chooose,” and “conflicits,” alongside incorrect forms such as “youngers.” Aim to learn common word partnerships and check spelling and word forms carefully. More precise expressions would make your argument clearer and more natural without requiring unusually advanced vocabulary.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a conditional-style explanation beginning “if family work in one place” and a contrast in the conclusion using “however.” The overall meaning is generally understandable, but some grammatical errors recur and occasionally make relationships between ideas less clear. For example, “The most of nations found” has an inaccurate article and verb construction, and “if family work” does not use a clear plural subject. Punctuation also needs attention: several sentences run together without spaces after full stops, and “Because” is incorrectly separated from the sentence it explains. Practise accurate subject–verb patterns, articles, and sentence boundaries, then proofread for punctuation. Greater control of these basics will make your varied sentence attempts more effective.
