In most of the nations, many individuals have their family businesses and they work together. It is beneficial as it does not provide authoritarian environment and enhance economic potential. This essay would discuss that how its merits outweigh demerits.

The major advantage of working in family business is that it does not follow boss culture. All family members work as a team to achieve the common goals of the company. Thus, They cooperate with each other and make plans for the progress of company and office personnel. Moreover, when the whole family work together for family-firm, the earn a large amount of profit as it decrease the demand of high-paid staff such as manager, executive and many others. Because, all administrative work are done by the family. Hence, they saves cost of salaries of administration department, and can invest in furthur projects. For example, Ambanis of India are the most rich businessmen of India as they grow their family business of JIO sims, and supermarket TRENDS at world level.

On the other hand, the disadvantage of this trend is that it needs a large amount of responsibilty. As a result, family rarely discuss their family matters as compared to professional work and produces friction between themselves. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5

Your position is clear: you believe the advantages of family businesses outweigh the disadvantages, and you address both sides of the question. The teamwork and reduced staffing costs are relevant advantages, while the demands on family time and resulting friction provide a relevant counterpoint. The Ambani example gives the discussion some support, although the claims about their success and the business’s global growth would be more convincing with clearer, accurate detail. Some ideas are less fully developed than others: for instance, you mention that family members have responsibility for many business decisions but do not explain how this specifically creates pressure or conflict. A more explicit comparison of the benefits and drawbacks in the conclusion would strengthen your argument.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The response has a clear overall structure, with an introduction, separate paragraphs for advantages and disadvantages, and a conclusion. The progression from teamwork to lower staffing costs is generally logical, and signposts such as “Moreover,” “On the other hand,” and “In conclusion” help readers follow the argument. However, some connections are mechanical or unclear. “Thus” and “Hence” repeat similar linking functions in the advantages paragraph, while “Because” begins a fragment rather than connecting smoothly to the preceding point. The reference to “office personnel” is also not clearly linked to the claim about shared goals. To make the organisation more flexible, use fewer formulaic transitions and clarify how each example or consequence supports the main point.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “common goals,” “administrative work,” “investments,” and “friction,” which helps communicate the main ideas. There are also attempts at more specific expressions, such as “boss culture” and “family-firm,” but these are not natural or precise in this context. Several word-choice and spelling problems reduce fluency, including “the most rich,” “furthur,” “responsibilty,” and “amomg.” Phrases such as “job of 24 by 7” and “grow their family business … at world level” are also awkward. The range is sufficient to discuss the topic, but accuracy and natural collocation are inconsistent. Prioritise learning standard business expressions and checking spelling and word forms before using less familiar vocabulary.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and complex sentences, including a conditional-style explanation of how family members’ work can reduce staffing costs and a result clause beginning “As a result.” However, control is uneven, and errors sometimes make sentences difficult to follow. Examples include “it does not provide authoritarian environment,” “the whole family work,” “the earn,” and “all administrative work are done”; these show problems with articles, subject–verb agreement, and sentence construction. The sentence beginning “Because” is incomplete, and “Although there are disadvantage …; however advantages are more” combines structures incorrectly. Work on agreement, articles, complete clauses, and punctuation, then proofread each sentence. More accurate control of these patterns would make your ideas clearer.
