To begin with, the main disadvantages of working with family is that personalproblems and disputes can affect business badly. To be more precise it, everyone know that in families,it is recorded by research that everyone has their different opinions in different field which can pose bad impact on workplace atmosphere. For instance, one family has their cafe which is run by two brothers. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You give a clear overall view that family businesses have more advantages, and you address both sides by describing possible disputes and benefits such as trust and flexible schedules. The café example helps illustrate how disagreement over prices could create tension. However, the disadvantages are only briefly developed, and the advantages are mostly listed rather than explained with specific outcomes or examples. The introduction also refers to “increasing family business alongwith parents,” which does not clearly express the question’s focus. To strengthen the response, state your position more directly and explain how trust or flexible scheduling improves business performance, supported by a concrete example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, a paragraph about disadvantages, one about advantages, and a conclusion. Signposts such as “To begin with,” “On the other side,” and “In conclusion” help readers identify the sections. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes unclear, and several linking expressions are awkward or do not show the intended relationship. For example, “Resulting” does not connect smoothly to the preceding point, while “therefore” in the conclusion links ideas that are not fully explained. Some references, such as “it” in “To be more precise it,” are unclear. Use fewer, more accurate transitions and make each paragraph develop one main point in a clear sequence.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt topic-related vocabulary, including “family bonding,” “workplace atmosphere,” “flexible schedule,” and “family dispute,” so the reader can follow the general subject. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or unnatural, sometimes making meaning harder to interpret. Examples include “technical era,” “veiw of point,” “incline their relationship,” and “build trust upon each other.” Spelling and word-form errors such as “thier” and “onw” also reduce accuracy. Aim for familiar, precise expressions rather than forcing uncommon wording: for instance, say “in the modern era,” “in my view,” and “strengthen their relationship.” Check spelling and collocations during revision.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a conditional-style example about the brothers and a sentence beginning “While one brother…”. However, complex structures are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to read. Examples include “the majority of nations is noticed with that,” “everyone know,” “one brother want,” and “rules which is created by them.” Sentence boundaries and punctuation are also inconsistent, as in “As a result, due to argument between both of them cancreate family dispute.” Practise accurate subject–verb agreement, articles, and clause construction. Shorter, carefully checked sentences would improve clarity while you build control of longer forms.
