In this modern world, people love to estabilish and run their own business instead of working for other employer. Many families have their own family business and for that their folks work together manage the establishment. There are many merits and demerits of this situations. The following essay will include all the points.
To commenece with, business owners want to hire a person who is trustworthy, who shows dedication to the work and most importantly who understands the work as well as customers. For all this reasons founders give first chance to their family members. Additionally, by doing this they are able to save some money which will be helpfull in the future for the business. For instance, most of the sweet shops owners appoint their relatives to work at the shop. Having responsible and genune teammates at the work they manage to enhance production and sells. Secondly, everyday is not same in the business. There is possibility of reducation in the workload and termination;which may effect overall growth of the person. On the contorary, family memebers find solutation together rather than quitting.
However, hiring a known person for the business is beneficial for the owner;it might not be the same for the workers. There are very high chances for micommunication, arguments and disputes which is ultimately, bad for the family. There are many cases of dispute in the court for a family business.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address the question and give a clear overall view: family businesses have both benefits and drawbacks, but the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. Relevant benefits include trust, dedication, familiarity with customers, and relatives supporting the business during difficult periods; you also acknowledge the risk of arguments and disputes. The sweet-shop example helps illustrate your point. However, the discussion of advantages is much fuller than the treatment of disadvantages, which is limited mainly to conflict, and some claims—such as relatives saving money or employees leaving during a crisis—need clearer explanation or support. Develop the drawbacks with a specific consequence or example, and make the comparison behind your final judgement more explicit.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, a paragraph presenting advantages, a paragraph on disadvantages, and a conclusion. Sequencing expressions such as “To commence with,” “Secondly,” “However,” and “To conclude” help signal the direction of the argument. Overall, the reader can follow your position. At times, though, the links feel mechanical, and some sentences contain several ideas without clear connections—for example, the discussion of reduced workload, termination, and founders relying on relatives. The introduction promises “all the points” without previewing them, while the conclusion repeats the general position rather than drawing the comparison together. Use clearer links between cause and effect, and organise each paragraph around one main point with supporting explanation.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a relevant range of vocabulary for the topic, including “trustworthy,” “dedication,” “workload,” “crisis,” and “disputes.” These choices help communicate the main ideas, and you attempt some less common terms. However, spelling errors and inaccurate word choices are noticeable, including “estabilish,” “genune,” “bankcrupt,” and “solutation.” Some combinations are also unnatural, such as “enhance production and sells” and “commit that business,” which can make the intended meaning less precise. Build accuracy by checking spelling and learning common business collocations as complete phrases. Prefer familiar, precise wording when unsure, and ensure that nouns and verbs fit naturally together.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You use both simple and more complex sentence forms, including relative clauses (“a person who is trustworthy”) and a contrast introduced by “Although.” The main argument remains understandable, but some grammatical errors recur. For example, “For all this reasons” has a number-agreement problem, “which will be helpfull” uses an incorrect verb form, and “hiring family members … have” does not agree in number. Sentence boundaries and punctuation also need attention, as in “termination;which may effect” and “business. In this type.” These errors do not generally prevent understanding, but they reduce accuracy. Review subject–verb agreement, articles and plural forms, and proofread punctuation and spacing. Aim to retain complex sentences while making their grammatical relationships clear.
