Nowadays, in many different parts of the world its quite common to work in family owned business which has positive outcomes and weight negative effects also . In this eassy both merits and demerits will be discussed in upcoming paragraphs below.

To begin with, There are several reason of working in family business. Firstly, family member are more honest and loyal when they are working in own business. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address both sides of the question and make your position clear: you consider family businesses worthwhile despite some drawbacks. Relevant advantages include loyalty, shared responsibilities and children learning practical skills; the disadvantages of workplace conflict and unfair promotion are also pertinent. However, several points are asserted rather than explained. For example, the claim that a business was destroyed by a family dispute is vague and lacks detail, while the Tata example is named without showing how it illustrates the stated advantage. The conclusion repeats your view but could weigh the benefits against the drawbacks more directly. Develop fewer examples in greater depth and explain how each supports your judgement.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The response has a clear overall structure, with an introduction, separate paragraphs for advantages and disadvantages, and a concluding opinion. The sequence within the main paragraphs is generally easy to follow, and signposts such as “Firstly,” “Secondly,” and “On the other side” help readers identify the direction of the argument. This coherent arrangement is a strength. However, some linking is mechanical, and transitions within sentences are occasionally awkward: “However” is attached directly to the preceding example, and the conclusion combines several ideas in a long, difficult-to-follow sentence. Use linking expressions more selectively, make the relationship between examples and claims explicit, and ensure each paragraph ends with a clear point.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “loyal,” “responsibilities,” “conflicts,” “efficiency,” and “financial loss.” There are also attempts at more specific expressions, such as “family-owned business” and “well-deserving employee.” However, spelling and word-choice errors are noticeable and sometimes make the reader pause: “eassy,” “darwback,” “destroed,” and “costomer” are examples. Some combinations are also unnatural, including “handle cash” and “growth of business get affected.” Aim for accurate spelling and more natural collocations, such as “manage money” and “business growth is affected.” Vary repeated uses of “family business” and “working” with precise alternatives where appropriate.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a reason-and-result structure in “As a result, growth of business get affected” and a contrast in the conclusion. The main ideas are usually understandable, but errors in agreement, articles, verb forms and sentence construction occur across the response. For example, “There are several reason” needs plural agreement, and “family member are” should also be plural. In “which help to run business successful,” the relative clause and adverb form are not controlled. Punctuation and capitalisation are inconsistent, including the capitalised “There” after a comma and missing spaces after punctuation. Practise checking each sentence for a clear subject and correctly formed verb, then proofread punctuation.
