Dear Emma Watson,

I am writing on behalf of our entertainment company to invite you to the opening of our exciting new theatre, the Royal Arts Theatre. The theatre will open next month in the heart of the city and will have a large modern stage, comfortable seating for 800 people, and excellent facilities for both actors and audiences. It will host plays, musicals and other live performances throughout the year.

We would be delighted if you could officially open the theatre at our special ceremony on Saturday, 17 October. Your presence would make this important occasion truly memorable.

We believe you would be the perfect person to open our theatre because you are a talented and respected actress who has inspired people around the world. In addition, your support for the arts and young people makes you an excellent role model for our community.

We sincerely hope you will accept our invitation.
