You work for an entertainment company which plans to open a new theatre soon. You want to invite a famous actor to open the new theatre.

Dear Sir,
I work for an entertainment company and I am writing you this letter because my company has built a new theatre and I would like to invite you for the inauguration ceremony as a chief guest.
Regarding the organization it is PVR Cinema Landmarks which opened by Mr. Rui Camacho in 1980s. This new place will serve numerous services such a releasing new movies during the weekends and free workshops for theatre artists on Monday and Wednesday.
I would appreciate it if you could come to this new site on the 5th of September at 10:a.m and perform all the initial ceremonies. Apart from this I had a brief conversation with your managing team where we have discussed and arranged all the travelling expenses.
Lastly, I am inviting you to open this new theatre because the name of this place is inspired from your movie, The helpers. I hope you will feel proud about this news and attend this function on the planned day.
